Production
Creative Producer playbook.
Decides what gets made and whether it's worth finishing — owns the whole slate, not just one project on it.
What this role owns
- Decides which projects the program takes on
- Tracks whether projects are actually moving toward finished
- Cuts projects that aren't working before they waste a crew's semester

First move
Write down every project currently in motion and whether it has a director and an editor attached. If either is missing, it isn't real yet.
